I’m in Thailand.
Long time. No write. So I owe you an update.
I moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand in January and found a job with a company called GoWild that started in February.
If you’re into the outdoors – especially fishing and hunting – you have to check out our app.
In simple terms, there have been some major changes in my life and I’ve been busy!

Food Planning & Productivity Challenge
We’re in the final week of this 4-week challenge to help us boost our energy, gain control over our food / weight and free up more time in our day.
The 1 simple rule is to:
Plan what you eat 24 hours in advance.
That’s it. Simple, right? But is it easy? Not for me, which is why I’m doing the challenge.
I’ll keep you updated on what I learn from it.
Zen Strength Coaching
I wrapped up a coaching package with a client and now have an opening for just one more coaching client.
If you want to change your life for the better – in ways you never imagined – then let me know and I’ll tell you more about my coaching packages.
Keto is still cool.
Keto has been coming up a lot lately. I’ve met some people here who are fully into it and also have a couple of friends here who have decided to try it to improve their health.
One friend went to the doctor and was told to cut out carbs to lose weight and improve his overall health. Keto can be an excellent option to do just that.
Another friend suffered a fall and a concussion. I told him one of the best ways to heal your brain from a TBI is with ketosis – so he’s trying out a keto diet so that he can get his brain working again – better and faster.
Places to go keto.
I’m impressed by the extent of the keto movement. I’m always on the lookout for healthy options and luckily we have 2 keto restaurants with keto products here in Chiang Mai.
In fact, I just went to one of them, Sunturi Keto, and had a Keto Pizza! (The other place is Sweety Keto Cafe.)
Just keep in mind that, although trendy, going keto can be challenging. If you’re interested and want some guidance, I’ve been there and done that. I know the ins and outs of keto and I’m happy to help!
