When is the Free Fasting Challenge?

The Free Fasting Challenge starts on SUNDAY, December 29th.

This is a “choose your own adventure” type of fast…


Choose your own adventure.

The challenge runs 3 days and it’s up to you to decide HOW you fast and for HOW LONG. If you’re new to fasting, I would recommend starting with a “minimum effective dose” of 13 hours.

Regardless, you’ll have the support of the community to help guide you along the way.
