✅ Cancellations

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund is provided — but we’re happy to offer credit toward a future session.

❌ No-Shows

  • If you miss your session without notice, we’re unable to offer a refund.
  • That said, we’re human too — so if something urgent came up, feel free to contact us. We may offer one-time rescheduling credit at our discretion.

🔁 Rescheduling

  • Want to switch to a different day or time?
    • If it’s more than 24 hours in advance, we’ll gladly move your booking — just use the reschedule link in your booking email confirmation.
    • Within 24 hours: rescheduling is usually not possible unless we can fill your spot. Still, reach out and we’ll do our best.

🚫 If We Need to Cancel

  • In rare cases (e.g. weather, low signups), we may cancel or postpone a session.
  • You’ll receive the choice of a full refund or a free reschedule — your call.

💳 Payment Notes

  • Refunds may require manual processing or be issued as credit for a future session.
