Inside the audio
This is Jason’s Zen Strength Breath: three guided rounds of rhythmic breathing, followed by breath holds and a calm return to baseline.
Follow Jason through 30 guided breaths at a steady, activating rhythm.
Pause after each round, listen to your body, and release when you need to.
Return to relaxed breathing and notice the change in energy, focus, and calm.
The Zen Strength difference
Everyday Zen Breath
Light, quiet nasal breathing is the daily baseline Jason teaches for efficient breathing and nervous-system regulation.
10-Minute Energy Boost
This stronger activating practice uses rhythmic breathing and breath holds when you want a deliberate state change.
Practice safely
Practice seated or lying down in a safe place. Activating breathwork can cause strong sensations and, in rare cases, loss of consciousness.
Never practice while driving, standing, in water, or near water. Slow down, return to normal breathing, or stop whenever you need to.
