1:1 Breath / Energy Assessment
(Week 1)
A private session where we:
- Assess your breathing pattern and stress response
- Look at sleep, energy, work schedule, and constraints
- Design your personal 3-week daily protocol
You’ll leave with:
- A clear morning, daytime, and evening routine
- Simple guidance around cold exposure (optional)
- A realistic plan you can repeat beyond the 3 weeks
Live support
(Weeks 2–3)
You’ll have access to weekly live calls where we:
- Troubleshoot what’s actually happening
- Adjust your protocol if something feels off
- Keep the practice light, effective, and sustainable
These are rolling sessions, not rigid cohorts.
If you miss a call, you don’t fall behind.
